1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TickerTrust ("the Platform"), operated by EICI LLC ("we," "us," or "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

2. Description of Service

TickerTrust is an informational and educational financial analysis platform. The Platform provides:

• Stock and cryptocurrency analysis tools (TrustScore, pillar breakdowns, screeners)
• AI-powered research assistance (TrustAI)
• Paper trading simulation (no real money involved)
• Educational content and learning resources
• Market data visualization and charting

TickerTrust does not execute real trades, manage real money, or provide personalized investment advice. The Platform is a read-only analytics and simulation tool.

3. Not Investment Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional advice. All content, scores, signals, projections, and AI-generated responses are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

You should not make any investment decision based solely on information from the Platform. Always consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance of any analysis tool, score, or projection does not guarantee future results. All investments involve risk, including the possible loss of principal.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription Tiers & Billing

TickerTrust offers four subscription tiers: Free, Starter ($24.95/month), Pro ($49.95/month), and Elite ($99.95/month). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor.

• Free Trial: New accounts start with a free tier. No credit card is required for free tier access.
• Billing Cycle: Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
• Upgrades/Downgrades: Changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you are charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at the next billing cycle.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform beyond normal usage
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Platform access or data
• Circumvent tier-based access controls or rate limits
• Use the Platform to generate misleading financial claims or manipulate markets

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms (including TrustScore methodology and pillar weightings), designs, and trademarks on the Platform are the intellectual property of EICI LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary content without prior written consent.

Market data displayed on the Platform is sourced from third-party providers and is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8. Data Accuracy & Availability

While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Platform. Market data may be delayed (free tier: 15 minutes). Scores, projections, and AI-generated content may contain errors.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EICI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any investment or trading decisions made based on Platform information
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content or data
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EICI LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware.
